Bed-Stuy Kitchen is a commercial test kitchen located in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.  Opened in early 2013, the kitchen is a shared space where both amateur and professional chefs can spread their wings, whether it's testing out recipes for a new product line or prepping for a large dinner party.
